Fife youth in court accused of rape

A 18-year-old youth has appeared in court accused of rape and sexual assault. 

This follows the report of an incident involving a 15-year-old girl in the Carnegie Drive area of Dunfermline at the weekend. 

Joe Mossman, from Dunfermline, appeared on petition at the town’s sheriff court. 

He made no plea, was committed for further examination and was granted bail.
