Security guard who died at Fife store

A 62-year-old security guard who died at a department store in Fife has been named by police as Bill Ireland.

Mr Ireland (pictured) was pronounced dead at Rejects, in St Clair Street, Kirkcaldy, just after noon on Friday.

Teresa Gordon, 57, and Nicola Gordon, 35, appeared at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court on Monday in connection with the death.

Both women have been charged with culpable homicide and theft by shoplifting.

Teresa Gordon faces an additional charge of behaving in a threatening or abusive manner.
