Missing Fife man last seen near hospital

 

Police have appealed for the public’s help in tracing a missing Fife man.

Raymond Swanson (63), from Cardenden, was last seen at around 6.30am on Tuesday in the vicinity of the Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy.

Since then Raymond has failed to return home and concern is growing for his welfare.

Raymond is 5ft 8 inches tall, of medium build, short dark/greying hair and wears glasses. He was wearing black trousers and a black jacket and carrying a black rucksack.

Police are appealing for anyone who recognises Raymond’s description or who has information that can assist them in tracing him to please get in contact.

Inspector Karen Muirhead said: “We are growing increasingly concerned for Raymond’s welfare and we are asking anyone who may have seen him to please get in touch.”

    Just to let u know I was driving ro work at 7.05 this morning and a man fitting the description of the missing man with grey hair and black clothing was walking along the back Road from Cardenden to Lochgelly might not be him but I notified the police anyway
