Fife woman admits biting and neglecting a young child

 

A Dunfermline woman has admitted biting a small child on the body and leaving him near hot water, leading to him being badly burned. 

Kayleigh Glover (22), of Gilfillan Road, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court. 

She admitted that on 7th August she wilfully ill-treated and neglected a child in a manner likely to cause him unnecessary suffering by biting him on the body to his injury and leaving him unattended with hot water whereby he sustained significant burns on his body. 

Sheriff Craig McSherry called for reports and Glover will be sentenced on 4th July.
