Fife teenager named following road tragedy

The pedestrian killed in a road accident in Fife at the weekend has been named as 15-year-old James Morrison.

James was struck by a private hire taxi on the B925 near Crossgates at 11.45 on Saturday night.

The road was closed for six hours to allow specialist officers to investigate the collision.

The occupants of the taxi were not injured.
