FAMOUS LOCAL DELICACY BANISHED FROM EAST END PARK

Even before a ball has been kicked in the new league season Dunfermline Athletic appear to have scored an own goal by ending the sale of the famous Stephens steak bridies at East End Park.
The local bakery, which has been going for more than 150 years, has supplied hot food to get the fans through many a boring match on a freezing winter’s day.
However, it’s now been given the red card after the Pars signed up a deal with an English-based company to provide match day food.
Stephens have confirmed they will no longer be involved in operating the kiosks or supplying their products at the stadium and have wished the club all the best for the future.
The Pars recently announced that they had partnered with Thomas Franks to “further enhance hospitality and our fan experience”.
