£7M CANNABIS FARM FOUND IN KIRKCALDY’S NAIRN BUILDING

Another huge cannabis factory has been busted in Kirkcaldy.

This time the cultivation raided was in the former Nairn campus of Fife College.

Police recovered drugs with a street value estimated at around £7million following a search of the derelict former mill.

At 12.40pm on Wednesday, the raid was carried out and around 5000 plants were recovered.

Police say their inquiries are ongoing.
